The project consists of a new single story 95,491 sqft self storage facility. The building structure is a pre-engineered metal building. Interior halls, walls, and storage doors shall be provided by the pre-engineered metal building supplier as well as exterior metal panels, parapet framing, and roofing. Non-structural metal stud framing and all exterior sheathing and drywall is not part of the metal building scope and should be priced by framing and drywall subcontractors. The project includes all demolition and sitework related scopes as well as the complete building scope of work.
