The Osceola Outdoor Gym project is a new construction development designed to provide a modern fitness facility with both indoor and outdoor exercise spaces. The project includes a 1,452-square-foot building featuring a flex room, exercise equipment storage area, restrooms, and covered outdoor workout zones. The structure is composed of a rigid steel frame with CMU and metal panel exterior walls, topped with a standing seam metal roof for durability. The facility will also incorporate a U-staircase workout station with squat stands and an adjustable dip station, shaded by a 36’ x 24’ canopy to enhance user comfort. Site improvements include concrete sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, landscaping, and stormwater drainage systems to ensure accessibility and sustainability. The Osceola Outdoor Gym aims to offer a high-quality fitness environment that seamlessly integrates into the community while promoting health and wellness.
