Gulf Shores Justice Center - Sacred Heart Gulf Shores, AL

Work will include renovation of an existing 40,000 sqft two-story steel framed structure with 8” precast walls with an EIFS coat finish. There will be a new 11,780 sqft addition to the building which will be a one-story steel framed building with insulated precast concrete walls. The building will house the Gulf Shores Police Department, holding area, and Court facilities. A premanufactured metal building for vehicle storage will also be constructed on site under this contract.
