Subcontractors are required to procure and maintain any and all types and limits of insurance that is required under contract and any and all pertinent local, state, federal, ordinances or resolutions that is suitable for the particular trade that the subcontractor is performing. Subcontractors must also procure and maintain endorsements to add additional insureds and waiver of subrogation.
