Suites 160 and 310.  We will need the following items completed for a Make Ready Space: 

• Office

  • New paint throughout

  • New flooring and base throughout

    • Carpet Tile throughout with VCT in the Break Room and RRs

  • New 2x4 LED lights

  • Remove miscellaneous millwork in the office

  • New millwork and sink in the Break Room

  • New vanity (310) , sink and toilet in the RRs

  • Review the current conditions of the blinds, exit/emergency lights, door stain and ceiling tile/grid

  • Install new blinds in the office

  • Ensure all exit and emergency lights work

  • Stain all doors

  • Suite 160 to have 2x2 ceiling grid and tiles

  • Suite 310 to have new 2x2 ceiling grid and tiles throughout

  • Base around exterior warehouse wall

• Warehouse

  • New LED high bays – 1 for 1 swap (34 at Suite 160 and 33 at Suite 310)

  • Clean warehouse slab and clean cobwebs

  • Paint/touch-ups and caulk warehouse and demising wall as needed

  • Clean warehouse walls

Access Information Group

Tenant is a currently occupying Suite 120 and 450 and they are looking to sign a lease renewal in 2025. They have requested the following items: 

• Suite 120

  • Repair large dock door

  • Repair and renovate restrooms

    • New paint, flooring, base, sink, mirror ( if needed), toilet, relamp lights and replaced damaged/stained ceiling tile

  • Repair exterior door adjacent to the vault room (door handle)

  • Install a truck court fence – markup snipped below

• Suite 450

  • Repair and renovate restrooms

    • New paint, flooring, base, sink, mirror ( if needed), toilet, relamp lights and replaced damaged/stained ceiling tile
