Project Description: This project is the interior alteration of an existing 3,292 SF 1st generation business office. The existing suite is vacant. Work is to include selective demolition, construction of new millwork, partitions, new finishes, alteration of existing ceiling, and associated MEP alterations. Scheduled project start date is January 2025.
Trades Needed: demolition, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, glass, drywall and ceilings, flooring (athletic/rubber flooring, floor and wall tile, cove base), painting and wallcoverings, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Trades NOT Needed: fire sprinkler and fire alarm as the building has required subcontractors for these trades. No need for audio visual, low voltage, or security either.
