Plumbing: install new plumbing fixtures to 1 existing restroom, 1 restroom to be removed

HVAC: install 1 new rtu (12.5 T), 1 ETR, new ductwork, exhaust fan, air curtain, 2heaters

Electrical: existing panels, relocate transformer, conduit, EMS low voltage, ems/lighting furnish & install
