We are seeking bids from interested subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Phase 2 Addition located at 2445 Hwy 557, Clover, SC 29710. This is a Site and Building Addition and Renovation project. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: grading, paving, sidewalks, retaining wall, landscaping, existing building interior renovations, concrete footings and slabs, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, steel picket handrails, wood trusses and roof framing, rough carpentry, insulated exterior wall panels, cementitious siding and trim, millwork, exterior PVC columns, building insulation, shingle roofing, TPO roofing, flashings, gutters and downspouts, membrane waterproofing, joint sealants, fireproofing, doors and frames, windows, aluminum storefront, glass and glazing, metal studs and drywall, tile, acoustical ceilings, carpet, sanitary wall finishes, painting, wall coverings, signage, corner guards, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and electrical service relocation.
