Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Starke, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,721-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility. This project consists of the construction of a new 3,100 sf car wash on a partially developed 7 =/- acre site. Scopes of work include (but are not limited to) the following trades: Earthwork/Utilities/Paving, fencing (at dumpster enclosure), CIP concrete, CMU/masonry, structural steel/roof access and pit ladders/embeds, rough carpentry/framing/roof trusses, millwork/countertops, single-ply PVC roofing/metal coping/downspouts, doors/HM frames/OH door, aluminum storefront, painting, stucco/EIFS, specialties/toilet accessories/fire extinguishers, signage, HVAC/mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
