Bowen Homes Public Infrastructure Atlanta, GA

Project Description:

The project is located in Atlanta, Georgia and will occupy approximately 24.8 acres.  The project consists of public/private infrastructure for the future development of the Bowen Homes Site. Scopes of work required will be Civil related; including, but not limited to the following: erosion control, site demolition, clearing, grading, utilities (storm, sewer and water/fire), concrete sidewalks and curbs, asphalt paving and landscaping. The Build America Buy America Act is a requirement on this project and the regulations should be included in your proposal.

The Developer has requested the G-DOT scope of work be priced separately, as shown on the “20240612 23-167 GDOT SET.” Please break out pricing accordingly.

This project requires Davis Bacon Wages and Certified Payroll. The wage rates can be located in Folder 400 PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS and at SAM.gov.
