Daiso Store Bloomington, IL

This project is is a 9,458 SF tenant improvement for a new Daiso Store in Bloomingdale, IL at Bloomingdale Court Shopping Center. Parkway Construction is the GC for this project. Construction is scheduled to start 9/9/24. We are converting a closed Pier One into a Daiso Store. Trades include: Interior Selective Demo, Grind & Sealed Concrete, Carpentry, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, LVT Flooring, Carpet Labor, Drywall Finishing, Painting, Restroom Accessories, Fire Sprinkler, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm. LVT flooring, adhesive, and base are supplied by owner. Lighting and lamps are supplied by owner. See trade scope letters posted in the scope letter folder.
