Project Description: Project Scope of Work: The overall project will consist of the following work. The two influent pump station at the PWRRF IPS 1 and IPS 2 will be retrofitted with new pumps, coarse screens, screenings conveyors, process piping, appurtenances and the associated electrical, HVAC, and structural modifications to complete the work. This project scope includes but is not limited to the following: Temporary Bypass Pumping System, Concrete Repair, Concrete Forming, Concrete Reinforcement, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Grouting, Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Fabrications, Aluminum Railings, Metal Grating and Stair Treads, Painting and Coating, High Performance Coating Specification, HVAC, Sheet metal Ductwork, Centrifugal In Line HVAC Fans, Make Up Air Units, Electric, VFDs, Process Integration, Piping Systems, Ductile Iron Pipe, Steel Pipe, Manual Actuators, Powered Actuators, Valves, Process Control, Pump Optimization, Material Belt Conveyor, Process Gas & Liquid Handling, Centrifugal and Axial Flow Pumps, Variable Speed Submersible Wastewater Pumps, Sump Pumps, Multi-Rake Bar Screens.
