D/B project to renovate existing light manufacturing building in Marietta, GA.

Plan 1: Combine QC Room and Office 2 into (1) Office, add Inspection Room, add Production Area Zone C, add Mold Shop, renovate rec storage and float test room into IEPKO Treatment and Mold Cleaning Rm, extend existing production area (in green) adjacent to cleaning room.
Plan 2: Plan 1 plus addition of Production Area Zone D.
Plan 3: Plan 2 plus Mold Storage Area and Zone Storage Area
