Pavilion Enclosure – Bay District Schools

ReliantSouth Construction Group serving as the Construction Manager for Bay District Schools will accept bids from potential subcontractors and suppliers on various packages related to the Pavilion Enclosure program.  Phase #1 will include pavilions at Deane Bozeman School, New Horizons Learning Center, Lucille Moore Elementary, and Deer Point Elementary.

Interested parties should be aware that Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM CST on July 25, 2024, at the office of ReliantSouth at 230 W. 5th Street in Panama City and then will be publicly opened. 

Non-mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held at the following locations and times:

• Deane Bozeman School/Deer Point Elementary

  • July 9, 2024, at 1 PM CDT (Start at Deane Bozeman then move to Deer Point Elementary)

• Lucille Moore Elementary/New Horizons Learning Center

  • July 11, 2024, at 1 PM CDT (Start at Lucille Moore Elementary then move to New Horizons Learning Center)
