H&A has been requested to provide a complete proposal to construct a NEW C-Store & Gas Station with Diesel offer based on the documents provided. We are pleased to invite you to provide a proposal for the above-mentioned project. We are requesting proposals be returned no later than 2/19/2024 at noon EST.

The project scope is: Complete site work improvements 6.72 ac (4.74 ac disturbed) to include grading, minor site demo, utilities, water well, asphalt paving, striping, landscaping, traffic signal modifications, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents. New SIPS building system (4813 sq. ft.) with included finished sales space. Exterior finishes include Nichiha and Metal Panels. Interiors include paint, Tile flooring, sealed concrete, framing, drywall, ceilings, and mechanicals.

SPECIAL PROJECT NOTES:

1. Reference Documents (for review & use): Site Investigation reports, Fuel Documents, Fuel Canopy Documents, and Signage documents.

2. Supplemental Documents (for review and reference): Geo-technical report, Initial Investigation Report.

3. Items furnished by Owner (to be confirmed):

a. Fuel-related materials. Delivered to job site only.

b. Signage for site and building. Delivered and installed. (include electrical as needed).

c. Fuel Canopies and installation. (column footings to be included in GC scope of work).

d. Refrigeration equipment. Delivered to job site only.

4. National Account materials to be provided by H&A (to be confirmed):

a. SIPS

b. Trash Enclosure gates

c. Building roof access ladder

d. Nichiha materials

e. HVAC RTU’s & registers

f. Electrical gear and lighting package

The anticipated date of commencement is April 2024 with completion by December 2024. The project address is 1380 McMinnville Hwy Manchester, TN 37355.
