SCOPE OF WORK:  Construction and sitework for a new Pace Center in Kannapolis, NC.  Sitework to include survey, grading, erosion control, site utilities, exterior concrete, landscaping, irrigation, paving. New Building construction of a 26,790 SF, type II-B construction, structural steel, masonry structure.
