Scrape and rebuild of existing Church. New construction of a type IIB, sprinklered, single story with mezzanine building. Site has pavers and two retaining walls. ADA handrails at front entrance. Building is structural steel and metal stud. Roof is a combination of shingles and TPO. Exterior is EFIS and Stone with Hardie vent panels at soffits.
