NC A&T State IRC Building Greensboro, NC

SCOPE OF WORK:  Replace one (1) existing 30-ton computer-room air-conditioning unit and it's associated air cooled condensing unit and refrigerant piping.  The acoustical tile ceiling in Computer Room 070 shall be removed/modified such that there is an open ceiling layout.

Lomax Construction, Inc. is requesting bids from certified MBE/WBE/DBE for the  NC A&T State University IRC building HVAC Repairs Replace Chiller Project, Greensboro, NC.  We are soliciting subcontractor bids for all trades listed by CSI Codes shown on the details page of your Invitation to Bid. Where appropriate Lomax will break down contracts into economically feasible units to facilitate MBE /WBE / DBE participation.

(Lomax Construction is located @ 8517-A Norcross Road, Colfax, NC) Bid documents are also available for viewing, downloading and printing (at no charge ) from our iSqft website. 

Lomax Construction, Inc. is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms, if appropriate. We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project. Please contact Maria Harvell if you have not heard from us by Wednesday, 2/14/24 and she will inform you of the status of your bid.

Lomax Construction, Inc. provides joint pay checks to subcontractors/suppliers to facilitate the acquisition of materials.  

Lomax also waives bonding for all subcontracts under $250,000.
