SCOPE OF WORK 

-      Transformer pad and (2) 6” PVC Conduits as shown’ on the drawings.

Coordination with Utility Provider.

- Site Underground Conduit Installation complete to Telco Provider location, Site Lighting, Gate Controls, RPZ, Flagpole, and Monument Sign.

- Generator Installation Complete. Includes Start up, Testing, and Training. Note - Diesel Fuel is included for (1) Tank Fill only.

- Distribution System Complete. All Panels, Disconnects and Feeds shown to be provided by Electrical.

- Power Feeds and Connections to Mechanical and Plumbing Equipment Shown.

- Lighting System Complete. Includes All Controls and Relay Panels as Indicated.

- Conduits, Boxes, and Pull Strings for all Low Voltage Systems per Details on the Drawings.

- Fire Alarm System Complete. Includes all Start up, Testing and Training required.

- Fireproofing of all Electrical Penetrations through Rated Walls as Shown in Details.

- Rough In only for all LV Systems as Listed in the system details.

- Seismic Installation for Electrical as Required by Specifications.

- Telco/ Data Equipment, Devices, and Wiring Complete

- Exhaust Ventilation System Power

-  Overhead Door Power and Controls per Specifications.
