Project Description:  The Work in general shall consist of, but not limited to, the replacement of all exterior doors and windows including flush steel doors, aluminum doors storefront entrances systems and aluminum windows including all associated hardware. The replacement of the membrane roofing system including new flashing, drip edge rigid tapered insulation. New HVAC systems and Plumbing as described in the plans and all associated work. All new work shall also consist of the removal and disposal of existing items to be replaced and all required cutting, patching and repairs.  Budget: $700,000.00.
