GSU Decatur, GA Lab Renovation

We are 1 of 3 GCs shortlisted to bid the project. It is the renovation of 2 lab spaces at the Decatur Campus of Georgia State University. A small lab on the 1st floor (+-1350 SF) gets gutted to open to storage areas up into the classroom and adding a fume hood. The area on the 2nd floor is an existing office area that will be converted into storage and a Geology / Physics lab. The work consists primarily of MEPs, lab casework, traditional casework as well as new finishes
