Good News Clinics Gainesville, GA Administration and Clinic Buildings Renovations

There will be a non-mandatory Open House / Pre-proposal Meeting for all local and

interested subcontractors on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Good News Clinics, 810 Pine St, Gainesville, GA 30501. Following the informational meeting, all interested proposers will have an opportunity to visit the project site. 

A thorough review of the proposal package description and proposal documents are required prior to submitting proposals. 

The form of agreement will be AIA Document A401, 2017 Edition, between the Construction Manager and the Successful Proposal.
