Chuck E Cheese Grand Rapids MI, Remodel

This project is an open remodel of the Chuck E Cheese in Grand Rapids, MI at 3671 28th ST. All interior work will be done at night after the store closes with daily cleanup. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to start June 19th, 2023. We are updating interior finishes and adding a video wall and LED dance floor. This will include remodeling the Restroom. Trades include: Concrete Saw Cutting, Trim Carpentry, Rough Carpentry, Storefront Doors, EIFS resurfacing, Drywall/Metal Stud Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Ceramic Tile, Carpet Labor, Interior Painting, Texture Patching, Drywall Finishing, Plumbing, & Electrical.
