The project will consist of a pool center and associated pump house, a field house, an amphitheater, & five (5) covered wood timber pavilions (20,049 sf). In addition to a artificial turf sports field, volleyball court, tennis court, and dog park. Site, grading, utilities, storm drainage, underground detention, paving, landscaping with hardscapes, chain link fencing / gates, decorative fencing, segmental retaining wall, playground surfacing, concrete, masonry, steel, metal decking, wood trusses, architectural finishes, painting, signs, toilet accessories, blinds, countertops, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and site lighting. There is an allowance for playground equipment & skatepark.
