Project Description: The home life building is a 20-story skyscraper built in 1913 with an addition added in 1922 on the corner of Jefferson & Fifth streets. Originally designed as a bank building, this historic structure is proposed to be renovated into a luxury hotel/extended stay complex. The lower prominent levels will house a variety of public use features, levels 4-12 will house a mix of luxury boutique guestrooms, levels 13-18 will house extended stay rooms, level 19 will house an event center, and level 20 will house a rooftop bar addition with rooftop out door seating.
