MW Builders is bidding on the construction of the Detrola Motel in Bentonville, Arkansas. Project will consist of (2) three story motel buildings, amenity space, event center, and town homes. Scopes included in project are utilities, site work, paving, landscaping, gypcrete, concrete, masonry/brick, structural & misc steel, rough/finish carpentry, cabinets/countertops, waterproofing/joint sealants, TPO and shingle roofing, fiber cement siding, building insulation, fire proofing, doors/frames/hardware, storefront glass, roll up doors, windows, metal framing & drywall, ACT, carpet, tile, and LVT flooring, painting/wall coverings, div 10, commercial kitchen, pool, elevators, plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical & special systems.
