Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. The Project consists of the demolition of existing site structures and construction of the new J.E. Jim Ramseur Park, including, but not limited to, sitework, Cox Mill roadway improvements, park amenities, greenway, shelters, pickleball restroom building, splashpad pavilion/restroom building, basketball restroom building, and a maintenance building. The project includes sitework and vertical construction on the neighboring school property through agreement with the City.
