DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Renovation and upfit of interiors on the first floor of the Forsyth County Department of Social Services (DSS) Building. The scope consists of the following: An interior refresh by painting of walls, removal of existing floor finishes, replacing with new finishes, and removal of ceiling tile and grid system and replacement with a new system, at the lobby, interior offices and existing shell space. Electrical work is the removal and re-placement of existing ceiling mounted lay-in lighting fixtures and electrical outlets. Provide a new HVAC system at an exiting shell space that is to be up-fit.
