The following project consists of an interior renovation of four (4) existing spaces at The School of Veterinary Medicine into a future foodservice project. The approximate square footage of the work is 2,066 sq ft. New work to include new flooring, white painted walls, ceiling tiles, new lighting fixtures, and doors. Electrical scope includes new electrical service, transformer, electrical panels, separate electrical room, and general use outlets. Mechanical scope include minor duct adjustments and new diffusers.
