Project Description:

This project consists of one 315,000 sq. ft. cross-dock speculative warehouse building to be constructed for Crow Holdings Development on approximately a 37 acre site owned by CHD in Coweta County, GA. Building construction shall consist of tilt-up concrete walls, interior steel framing and a shallow foundation system. The roof shall slope to the truck court side of the building and drain via exterior gutter and downspouts. Roof shall be single ply membrane with roof and wall insulation values determined by prevailing energy code. Please consider these specifications for the building.  Project also includes the extension of a public roadway with concrete box culverts to provide access to the building.
