Project Description: The project includes building new commercial facilities - new 2,970 SF main lodge, 1,360 SF food & beverage building, 665 SF pool mech building, 2,160 back of house building, 4635 SF employee housing, and drive in movie theatre on 27.6 acres while disturbing 16.6 acres. The tiny homes scope is by others.
