  • Area 1 – Will consist of designing a new Client Experience Center with various works stations, displays, and interactive demonstrations that will include branding and graphics to support the products being showcased. The design will include branding graphics to complement the products that they represent along with telling the RWC story of the company. New single handicap restrooms will be added to the space north of the proposed storage room space as part of this scope of work. The existing electrical room will remain as is.

  • Area 2 – Includes MEP infrastructure and shell finishing for the future Café space (approximately 2,000 sf).  It will be used as the front entrance and lobby/flex space for the primary Experience Center. Finishing will consist of painted drywall. At a later date, RWC may decide to deploy the full coffee shop and café.
