Junction Food Hall Aberdeen, NC

This is the adaptive reused on an existing warehouse into a food hall with seating, restrooms and support spaces. The project is 11,610 square feet across two levels with a partial basement for building services. The project includes removing portions of the existing facade for new windows and egress doors. Also includes is an exterior dining patio, new lighting, canopy, and repairs to the existing brick facade. All new services are being provided including electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler. A new elevator will be installed in an existing shaft.
