PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  

The Work consists of renovations required to convert an existing one-story building of approximately 4,300 sf into a new library facility. The project includes interior /exterior renovations as well as new plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.  Site work includes a new handicap parking space, handicap ramp and walks.  Division 2 - Division 12 Specs are found on the drawings; PME specs are located in the Project Manual.
