Amacher Bros. will be bidding the “Harbins Elementary School Addition” project for Gwinnett County Schools.

This project consists of a new 42,364 s.f. 2-story addition to existing Harbins Elementary School consists of steel frame structure on concrete foundations; scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following: site work, utilities, paving, fencing, termite control, concrete, precast architectural concrete, CMU & brick masonry, structural steel, steel joists, steel deck, carpentry, plastic laminates, architectural woodwork, solid surface fabrications, dampproofing, insulation, vapor barrier, metal wall panels, built-up roofing repairs, TPO roofing, flashing and sheet metal, wall flashings, joint sealers, expansion joint covers, metal doors & frames, metal window frames, wood doors, aluminum entrances & storefronts, finish hardware, glass & glazing, metal support systems, gypsum drywall, porcelain tile, acoustical ceilings, wood flooring, resilient flooring, carpeting, digital vinyl wallcoverings, acoustical wall panels, painting, visual display boards, signs, solid polymer toilet compartments, toilet accessories, protective covers, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.

• Work shall be substantially completed by May 26, 2026.

• Per the Proposal Form: Allowances and Unit Prices are required for various scopes; please include these prices on your quotes.

• Major subcontractors (Grading/Site Utilities, Steel Erection, Roofing, Mechanical, Plumbing, Sprinkler & Electrical):

  • Subcontractor Bonds are required, please include rate/cost as a line item on your quote.
