This project is located in an existing retail shopping center (space was formerly Bed, Bath, and Beyond) and consists of demolition of existing interior, demolition of select exterior, and construction of new tenant interior and exterior.  Anticipated construction start is January 2025.
Work includes but is not limited to interior demolition, concrete saw cutting and core drilling, concrete finishing, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural steel, fire sprinkler modifications, fire alarm system, metal stud framing, insulation, gyp board hanging and finishing, acoustical ceiling, flooring (tile, LVT, VCT, carpet, and sealed concrete), rough carpentry, finish carpentry, millwork, hollow metal doors/frames/hardware, aluminum storefront system, window film on storefront glazing, restroom accessories and toilet partitions, painting, EIFS, awnings, pit dock leveler, and loading dock door.  Roof work is by Owner and therefore NOT INCLUDED in the ITB scope of work.  All bidders must follow bid document specifications.
