This is a ground up coffee shop that we are bidding against other GC's. We anticipate this project starting December 2nd and lasting 6 months. We will need the following trades to complete this project. Concrete, masonry, wood framing, lumber, wood trusses, insulation, roofing, Hardie board siding, metal panel siding, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, storefront, drywall, wall tile, concrete floor polishing, FRP, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical earthwork, erosion control, site concrete, asphalt, striping, landscaping/irrigation, site utilities.
