This project consists of the construction of a new multi story specialized education building. The scope of work includes the exterior shell and interior build out of administrative office spaces, kitchen, restrooms, multi purpose space, and specialized education class rooms. The structure for the multi purpose will consist of a PEMB design. The front and rear volumes of the project will be constructed using conventional wood framing.
