ARCHITECTURE 1. Roof replacements for all roof decks except Building 07. 2. Aluminum window replacement in Buildings 01, 02, 04, 05 and 07. 3. Renovation of Media Center to include new carpeting and casework. 4. ADA Restroom Renovation of group toilets located in Buildings 01, 04 and 05. 5. Renovation of Art Room to include new VCT, casework, ceiling and lighting. 6. Air cooled chiller enclosure MECHANICAL 1. (4) CHW Type air handler units to be replaced in Building 02. 2. (1) Existing chilled water type handling unit to be replaced in Building 03 with rooftop units. 3. (2) CHW Type air handler units to be replaced in Building 04 with CHW Type rooftop AHU. 4. Complete test and balance of Buildings 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07 HVAC system. 5. Increase make-up air where design allows in Building 02. 6. When test and balance report includes HVAC equipment that is missing or not operational, the Engineer of record shall add these items to the scope of work in the construction documents. Note that work is to be done by Contractor and not SBBC maintenance. 7. Remove existing water-cooled chiller CH-2 at Building 06. Remove existing chilled water and condenser water piping connecting to CH-2, cap the existing condenser water piping in the main chiller room at the location shown on mechanical plans. Supply and install new chilled water booster pumps, one and a spare, and new supply and return piping from the new air-cooled chiller to connect to the existing chilled water distribution system for the school campus. Connect the new air-cooled chiller to the existing Controls (EMS)system. Modify the existing controls (EMS) sequence of operation to prioritize the remaining water-cooled chiller to always be the lead chiller in cooling mode. The new air- cooled chiller shall be utilized only for supplemental cooling or as a backup to the remaining water-cooled chiller. 1.Provide new condensate piping for the (7) air handler units being replaced in Buildings 02,03,and 04.2.Renovation of (5) bathrooms in Building 01, (1) bathroom in Building 04, and (2)bathrooms in Building 05.3.Reroofing Buildings 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, and 06. Provide new roof drains as indicated on the plans. Clean lines at completion of job to verify no debris in roof drain lines, emergency overflow or gutters.4.Removal of existing sanitary cast iron pipe and disposal as per plans.5.Installation of new PVC pipe of diameter and slopes to match existing as per plans.6.Replacement of existing sanitary sewer lines as shown in revision 18 documents. FIRE PROTECTION 1. Provide new fire protection sprinkler system for Buildings 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07. ELECTRICAL 1. New GFCI Electrical receptacles. 2. Panelboard replacement. 3. Switchboard and Motor Control Center replacement in buildings 01, 02, 08, 11, 14, 17, 22, 23. 4. Electrical transformer replacement. 5. New LED Emergency Exit signage. 6. Electrical upgrade for restroom renovations. 7. New exterior mounted lighting. 8. Complete fire alarm replacement.
