1. Does Bagby & Russell do entire DOT scope or just signalization?
1. Bagby & Russell must do all DOT signalization scope. GC should provide pricing for remaining roadwork.
2. Do canopy footers need to be formed?
2. With the soils at the diesel canopy, I would form all canopy footers to include the auto canopy. But if it's not included in your base bid, then RaceTrac will not pay for forming the footers.
