The bid walk has been moved to noon on October 16. 2024 due to weather.

• A new 5-story building that is 186,685 SF in total.  Required trades consist of grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, concrete, concrete polishing, masonry, structural steel, structural metal studs, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, casework/countertops, waterproofing/joint sealants, stucco, TPO roofing, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum storefront, non-structural metal framing, drywall/ACT ceilings, painting, specialties, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, security, fire alarm, etc. 

• RFI's are due by 5 EST Thursday, 10/10/24. 

• Proposals are due by 5 pm EST Wednesday, 10/23/24.

• Just a reminder that the bid date moved to 10/29/24 by 5:00 PM. Also note there a some items that need to be addressed in your proposals.
  1. Please review the CAPEX photos and provide breakout pricing for this work on the existing building onsite.
  2. Please review the labor rates and provide them with your bid.
  3. Please review the unit rates and provide them with your bid.
  4. Please review the cost reduction options and provide them with your bid.
  5. Please review RFI's 1-53 and include them with your bid.
  6. Please note this project will not start until February 2025, pricing shall reflect this start date.
  7. Please note this project is a LEED Gold project, pricing shall reflect this requirement.
  8. Onsite parking and laydown will be limited, pricing shall reflect this.
