2. Please include the project name, store number and address as well as your contact information (name, phone, email) on your proposal and in all email correspondence.

3. Please provide as much detail as possible in your proposal, line-item pricing is appreciated. At minimum, separate trades and/or divisions.

4. We understand the importance of bid feedback and we are committed to providing it; however, feedback will be provided to all bidders only after feedback is received from the owner. Our goal is to provide bid status feedback (awarded or not awarded) within seven [7] days and bid tabulations within thirty [30] days of receipt of owner feedback which may take days or weeks. To this end, please refrain from repeatedly calling or emailing to request feedback, rest assured, we will communicate with all bidders.

5. Value Engineering (VE) alternates are highly encouraged. Cost is the driving factor; material substitution requests will only be considered with a proposed cost.
