The project consists of the interior buildout of a 21,258 SF Sprouts Farmers Market. The scope includes poured-in-place concrete SOG, miscellaneous steel, stainless steel, rough carpentry, millwork, insulation, caulk/seal, install hollow metal and finish hardware, glass/glazing, framing and drywall systems, ACT, epoxy flooring, ceramic and quarry tile, painting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems

1. Include Logistics Plan with RFP Response (particularly Courtyard Access & Parking Deck Access for large equipment deliveries)

2. Provide film at spandrel glass

3. Alternates to be included in bid:

   1. Loading Dock scope

   2. Entry Door demo at sliding door

   3. Trays under OH plumbing

   4. Base Substrate ETR, GC to add gravel
