BID PLANS CLARIFICATION: This bid consists of sitework and a shell building for a Chipotle restaurant. The civils reference an ALDI - which will be part of the overall project, but not within our scope, we just need pricing per the civil plans.  Same where it references Zaxby's; that build-out is not part of our scope.  The building plans for this particular site are still being finalized, so the owner is asking us to use the set we're providing here, even though they are marked for Independence, MO (I put in red text at top of cover sheet - to be used for Dyersburg!)  These are the correct plans to bid off of for the shell building.  There are no plans for the Interior Build Out - we're bidding just the shell right now.
