STEM Academy Athletic Facility New Roads, LA Renovations

Description of work:  
This project consists of upgrading the athletic field home side restrooms and concessions, ticket booth, press box, and visitor side restrooms, and concessions stands for the stem academy. Upgrades include 
electrical fixture replacements, new floor and wall finishes, toilet partition replacements, water closet, urinal troughs, and lavatory replacements, door replacement, HVAC work, and other miscellaneous restroom upgrades. 
 
Add. Alternates: 
Replace additive alternates #1 coiling counter doors (five) for both the home side and visitor side concession stands.
