St. Johns County EOC Annex St. Augustine, FL

Project Description: We are bidding the St. Johns County EOC Annex project. Provided scope of work: "Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. The purpose of the project is to construct a new, block, single story, 2,600 sf office building that will be located adjacent to the Windstorm Damage Mitigation Training Center parking lot at 3111 Agricultural Center Drive. This new EOC Annex Building will have two (2) office rooms, two (2) bathrooms and an open space for either training, storage and/or temporary work stations. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County."
