Description:

Phase 3 Demo includes demolishing approx. 79,000 square feet of existing classroom, administration, media center, and gym space on an active school campus with an anticipated start date of July 2024. Scope of work includes preparing all existing utilities for structure demo, Sitework, Temporary Walls, Doors & Hardware, Roofing, Concrete, temporary fencing, misc. steel, asbestos abatement, and structure demo. Construction for Phase 3 will be bid in May 2024 when drawings are released.

Phase 3 Construction is composed of an approx. 150,000 sq ft addition over 2 stories that includes: Administration Offices, 2 Sciences Labs, 50 Classrooms, Gymnasium, Group Restrooms, Orchestra Room, Chorus Room, Theater Room, Café, and Courtyards with concrete and landscaping.  Scopes of work will include sitework, cast-in-place retaining walls, concrete foundations and slab, load-bearing masonry walls and exterior veneer, steel beams and bar joists, Mod-bit roof, storefront & windows, complete MEP systems, fully sprinkled, complete interior finishes with casework and various flooring, including terrazzo.
