SCHEDULE OF WORK
The construction phase involves completing the North and South Hart Elementary Schools Interior Renovations per the Construction Manager’s schedule. Substantial completion for the building is July 26, 2024.
- All subcontractors including final clean up must be completed on or before this date.
- Please note that due to school starting back in these buildings, there will be no extension on time to complete work. Also, understand that due to the time constraints of this project, all proposers must be prepared to staff workers to work whatever hours it takes to complete the job on time (24 hours per day – seven days a week if deemed necessary by Charles Black Construction Company, Inc.)
