1. Existing Building Replacement Consists Of A New Two-Story Pre-Engineered Steel Structure With Structural Insulated Metal Panels With Related Mep Work, As Well As, Limited Site Work To Facilitate Ada Ingress And Egress From Building.

2. Prep Of Existing Slab. New Site Utilities/Extensions And Other Infrastructure.
