Brief Project Description: Ground up Express Oil Change. Two buildings: Oil Change & Service. Expected ground water to be hit when excavating basement and digging for utilities. Site is expected to be a fill site. Project will include offsite utility and ROW work. Both buildings are masonry and wood truss with metal roofing. Sheet C04 utility plan to follow next week. Dumpster should be priced per sheet OC-A101.
